Inshallah means "If god wills it" in Arabic, but it is surprisingly close to Insalate which is Italian for salad (and what Niko should be eating).

So us being the idiots we are, we made an arabic calligraphy version and put it on a shirt so you can make boomers in Walmart have a stroke when you walk in. At least we hope it works, Inshallah.
