Shipping:
After your purchase, you'll get a confirmation email and fulfillment kicks off. You can track the status of your order any time at watchlist.maximumcomfy.com.
Refunds & Returns:
If your stuff arrives and you're not 100% comfy, you have 30 days from the delivery date to ship it back to the return address on the package. Please email hello@maximumcomfy.com to give us a heads up and we'll complete the refund.
No Order Confirmation?
If you use Amazon / Apple / Google pay the confirmation email will be sent to the email those companies have on file. 99% of the time if your confirmation is missing it's because it's being sent to an old email you set up those accounts with. To check your status use our self service tracker.
Changing Sizes:
If you email us within 24 hours of your order we usually have enough time to change the size at no extra charge. If it arrives and you ordered the wrong size please go through the return process.
Changing Addresses:
If you email us within 48 hours we usually have enough time to change it. Shipping is free worldwide so there will be no extra charge. If it has already shipped out you will need to go through the return process.
Reviews:
We love them! You will get 10% off your next order for leaving a review, and 20% off for leaving a photo review. It helps people know we are a real store and these things actually arrive with the quality we describe.
Q: Is this a dropshipping website?
A: No, we make all the designs in house though we use a third party to print and ship them.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: The nearest fulfillment location to you (Los Angeles, Charlotte, Singapore, or Latvia). We picked our third party based on easy international fulfillment.
Q: How long does stuff usually take?
A: Most things arrive within 5 or 6 days. Some scenarios like a US customer ordering an item only made in Europe can take a few extra days to clear customs. Your tracking information will include where it's being shipped from.
